The rear of the pack is thickly padded for your comfort and includes:
- adjustable, contoured padded shoulder straps
- an adjustable waist belt and an adjustable chest strap for disbursement of the pack weight over the upper body
When this pack is fully loaded it is still easy to carry. Thick carry handles are present on top.
There are side strap storage pouches, and bedding or bags can be attached with bottom loops. It has metal drain holes, is hydration pack compatible, and has several molle straps across the front. 1 clear plastic panel for patches or ID patch is located on the front of this pack.

Keeps your supplies organized
I have just ordered and received the medical back pack. I have yet to fill it with the first aid items I intend to put in it. I am amazed at the pockets and elastic loops to help keep everything in order. The pack itself weighs about 9 lbs. I am hoping that when I have everything packed inside it I will be able to carry it. It does make me feel at ease that in case of an emergency that we will have the supplies needed to help those who may need medical help.
