I have procured a limited number of these (very expensive) KN95 masks from a manufacturer from China, which is the world’s center of mask production.

Now I have a fixed shipping at only 25 cents per mask.

I now have a new shipment that arrived June 2020. If you can order, then I have these in stock for immediate shipment. These have 3 layers of melt blown layers inside, the last set had 2 layers of melt blown material.

They are labeled “KN95 Folding Protective Mask”. The markings on the mask are branded onto the mask with a heat stamp. This makes the markings appear "see through", but no air will pass through the melted and sealed areas where the letters, numbers and dashes are seen.

Compliance with GB 2626-2006.

I have cut open a mask to inspect each layer (see images) and to confirm all 5 layers are the material claimed.

I see the 5 layers, as the label states:

1. Exterior layer: Polypropylene spun bonded non-woven fabric

2. First inner layer: Melt blown fabric

3. Middle layer: Melt blown fabric

4. Next middle layer: Melt blown fabric

5. Inner layer: Polypropylene spun bonded non-woven fabric

I have researched these materials and compared numerous images and descriptions to compare the claims of the KN95 technical sheet with what I see.

One source: https://www.fibre2fashion.com/industry-article/1280/nonwoven-processes-and-applications

However, I am not the FDA and do not have the ability to perform a laboratory test to determine the actually filtering ability of these masks.

I cannot guarantee these are equal to N95 masks.

Hopefully someday most of these masks will be made here in the USA with reasonable pricing and strict testing!

You can compare KN95 standards to that of N95 mask standards here at this link:

Manufactured April 25 2020

These would be best for the public for general protection. I feel (just an opinion) these are probably better than the blue surgical masks based on the 5 layers I can see, but I would not use these in a medical facility when caring directly with sick patients, as I cannot get FDA testing for them.

I make no guarantees of any illness protection. Mask protection is based on many factors. including fit testing of the wearer.

Please be safe and healthy, Amy
