The Doom and Bloom™ Advanced Vehicle First Aid Kit (previously known as the GRAB N GO™ Deluxe Trauma Bag) is your first aid kit option to deal with injuries without having to dedicate an entire backpack for medical supplies. This kit is a powerful vehicle first aid kit for businesses or families, while versatile enough to serve as a camping/hunting/hiking kit for family or small group outings. This kit is exactly the same as our FIRST AID KIT CAR GRAB N GO® product, which has a FSA/HSA friendly name.
The Advanced Vehicle First Aid Kit cover most injuries that occur during daily activities. Such as: Burns, scratches, lacerations and bleeding, sprains and strains, blisters, wound closure and wound cleaning, bug bites etc.
The Advanced Vehicle First Aid Kit comes with a SWAT tourniquet, Israeli pressure bandage, Celox (blood clotting powder), a large Ace elastic bandage, large gauze roll, various size pads, moleskin, CPR mask, stainless steel instruments, butterfly bandages, liquid bandage, sterile suture, instant ice pack, and more.
(SWAT tourniquets can not only be used on normal-sized adults like military-style tourniquets, but also infants, small children, thin older folks and even the family dog or other pets.)

The GRAB N GO™ Deluxe Trauma Bag is lightweight at 2 lb. 12 oz (1.3 kg). Conveniently packaged in a Voodoo Tactical military-grade bag at 13 x 9 x 4 inches, the kit will fit easily inside a backpack or bug-out bag, or use the handle for easy carrying.
Alton First Aid Grab N Go® kits are professionally designed by Dr. Joe Alton, a Medical Doctor with over 35 years’ experience and Amy Alton, an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, with over 30 years’ experience in the medical field. All products in Grab N Go® kits are original, new, and purchased directly from the manufacturer or first line authorized distributors. Each kit is expertly packed after your order is placed so the supplies have the longest expiration dates.
A video about this bag is available on this product page, however, and there have been several upgrades and updates in the product list since the video was produced.
Hint: For long-term survival medical supplies, consider our larger kits such as the Medium Trifold Sling Kit for a small family, or the Stomp Plus for a medium size family. For a group’s long-term needs during a disaster or for an extended family, consider our Ultimate Family Bag (includes dental equipment) or the Stomp Supreme Trauma Kit (with more trauma first aid-focused gear).

Excellent emergency kit for home or car
My son wanted more than a standard first aid kit to carry in his car after he happened upon a scene where his first aid kit was inadequate. I looked for some time at different sites but felt the contents of their kits treated minor cuts, splinters or headaches but had nothing for more serious injury. Then I found the Doom and Bloom site and saw this kit which seemed to fit the true definition of a "trauma kit". The kit contains a wide variety of items to treat a very wide variety of injuries. After we received the kit we showed it to my son-in-law who is a physician assistant. He was very impressed with the kit stating "This is the real deal, it has the same things we use in the hospital." Good enough for me! I would highly recommend it.

Superb grab and go trauma bag
Great bag, have one in my car and getting a second. Sturdy, well organized bag has what you need to handle most day to day injuries. I carry it on the ATV when in the woods. I also have the Stomp Plus Trauma Survival Bag at home and the personal carry trauma kit. All of these are well designed and outfitted.

Mini trama bag
Bag is full of useful items, again I gave 4 stars because I am still learning how to use them. I am confident it will be a 5 star . It does contain items that many other similar bags do not have , so for the price I believe it is one of the best ones on the market. Believe you me, I looked a lot on the internet at these type of bags and concluded that this was the best one for me at this price range. I liked the detailed break down of the bag that Nurse Amy gave on the video clip. Other videos I watched of similar bags did not seem to go into detail , more like an overview instead. Once again I myself considered this more of a realistic demonstration of the bags capability and how to repackage it properly.
